In this luxurious 2 day cruise on a traditional junk boat is one of our special Halong Bay Tours to admire the natural beauty of the stunning Halong Bay – the World Heritage Site. There are plenty of chances to mingle into the turquoise waters of the bay, magical limestone karsts and get the authentic glimpse of local life through visits to secluded island villages. In addition, you could also try your hand with a cooking class and feast upon several fabulous seafood meals onboard.

FULL ITINERARY

Day01

HANOI – HALONG BAY (L, D)

After picking up from your hotel in Hanoi, you will be transferred by private car with Vietnam Aurora Travel's tour guide to Noi Bai Airport for taking a seaplane to Halong. You will have 15 mins on the Bay to enjoy the scenic view of the Bay. Then our guide will welcome you at the pier before you get on the luxury boat – a traditional junk boat.

Your expert crew will deliver a safety briefing and cruise orientation. After that, relax with a welcome drink and fruit before checking in your ensuite cabin.

A sumptuous lunch with fresh seafood will be served on board as the boat cruises along the charming Halong Bay. After lunch, take time to relax by sunbathing on the sundeck while enjoying a special cocktail.

The boat makes a stop in Vung Vieng fishing village where your guided kayak adventure will be set off. With a lightweight kayak, you will paddle through floating houses. By this way, you get a true glimpse of local life in the region. If you wish, you could also explore the area on your own.

After around one hour kayaking, cruise back to the boat to transfer to a secluded area near Drum Cave for the night. The rest of the day is at your leisure; relax with a swim in the turquoise waters.

Try your hands with a cooking class on board before enjoying a fabulous seafood dinner. In the evening, relax at your comfortable cabin or join our crew with squid fishing.

Day02

HALONG BAY – HANOI (B, L)

In the morning, refresh yourself with a Tai Chi class on the sundeck in the marvelous setting of the nature on the bay.

Then, move to the top deck for more breathtaking views and enjoy your light breakfast on board. The boat will stop for a visit to the Cave of Surprises on Bo Hon Island- the largest cave in Halong Bay. Upon arrival, climb to the mouth of the cave through hundred stone steps. Explore the cave with a walk along its lit pathways.

Transfer back to the boat and return to Halong wharf. Take the last chance to enjoy more scenic views over the bay as a buffet brunch is served on board. Once on land at Tuan Chau wharf, meet your vehicle to drive back to Hanoi. End of services.
