Like most of our Sapa tours, this 3 days 2 nights Sapa Trekking Tour will bring you to the beautiful Muong Hoa Valley, trek throughout villages of ethnic minority along the mountains. Have great chance to interact with local peole and understand more about their daily life. Made up of almost entirely Black Hmong families, the only means to which the community has traditionally participated in the Sapa tourism industry, street vendors following tourists along the trekking routes selling embroidered items.

FULL ITINERARY

Day01

HANOI - NIGHT TRAIN TO LAO CAI

You will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi and transferred to Hanoi station for your night train to Lao Cai. Overnight on train.

Day02

LAO CAI - SAPA - Y LINH HO - LAO CHAI- TA VAN VILLAGES (B, L, D)

Upon arrive Lao Cai train station after night train from Hanoi, we will pick you up and transfer to Sapa by a tourist shared bus. Early check in is possible if the room available otherwise Vietnam Aurora Travel will provide you a basic room where you can have fresh shower. Enjoy breakfast at restaurant.

Your trip will start at 9:30, we firstly start of 6km of walking down to the south east of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho village of the Black H’mong. Continue a 2km-trekking down to Lao Chai village, through terraced rice fields to Ta Van village of the Dzay minority people.

Have lunch at a local family, it gives you a worth chance for you to learn about the local house architecture which is full of their daily life styles and exclusive custom. Enjoy the landscapes on the way. Last trek is about 2Km to the bus stop in Ta Van villlage then get back to Sapa by jeep or minivan. Free your time to discover the town in the evening.

Day03

VILLAGES, WATERFALLS AND AMAZING SCENERY (B, L, D)

After enjoying a lovely breakfast with your hosts, you will head off out to Giang Ta Chai village and meet the Red Dao people. You will visit the local waterfall and then be collected by private car to return to Sapa Town. On the journey back there will be plenty of photo opportunities and your driver will stop at the best spots. Back in the city, you will check into your hotel and after dinner you are free to either relax in the hotel or explore around the town center.

Day04

CAT CAT - SIN CHAI VILLAGES -NIGHT TRAIN TO HANOI (B, L, D)

Today, you walk down to the South-west of Sapa (around 4 km) to visit Cat Cat village of the Black H’mong. Relax at the foot of the stunning waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station that was constructed by the French during the colonial time in Vietnam. Enjoy picnic lunch by the side of the river, and then next 3 km to Sin Chai, the village located at the foot of Fansipan Mountain, “the roof of Vietnam and Indochina”. From here you can enjoy huge stunning landscapes before climbing up on the way a jeep to return to Sapa. Free your time until transfering back to Lao Cai station for a night train to Hanoi.
