Hue Trekking Tour: A Roang – A Luoi

Hue – A Luoi – Hamburger Hill – A Roang & Homestay (L, D)

In the morning, you will leave Hue for a transfer to A Luoi district. You will pass through beautiful scenery and the countryside of Ko Tu and Ta Oi ethnic minority. After 2 hour drive, you will arrive at A Luoi town and continue making your way to Hamburger Hill which is famous for its important location during wartime. Upon reaching the mountain foot, trek to the top of the mountain. Along the way, you can see forest and landscapes surrounding the hill. Then trek back and transfer to a local restaurant in town for lunch.

In the afternoon, you will have some time to explore a local market followed by a visit to Aka Chu village – home to Ta Oi ethnic minority. Take a short walk around the village to learn about their way of life through their daily activities including weaving, agricultural activities, cooking and visit a local school. Take your time to relax with a fresh swimming at A Roang hot spring.

After dinner, enjoy Ta Oi ethnic cultural show. Overnight at the communal house.

A Roang forest trek – Hue (B, L)

Wake up early in this morning to take in the tranquil atmosphere of the morning. Take a walk around the village to get a glimpse of local life and their culture. Afterwards, set off your half day trekking tour through the forest for deeper exploration of the diversity of ecosystem of te primary forest.

Head back to the town for lunch at a local restaurant before saying good bye to A Luoi to turn back to Hue city. On the way back, you could stop at Chi Lanh weaving village of A Dot commune and also at A Shau airbase.

End of tour at your hotel in Hue.
