Just 10 kilometers from Hanoi, the ancient village of Dong Ngac will offer you a different glimpse of a quaint, peaceful village lined with the old-world charm of ancient architecture and design and atmospheric vibe. Making your way to the village is almost like a journey back in time with mossy walls and houses, brick-paved village road and serene ambiance, which is definitely a new world from the bustling scenes of Hanoi city.

Half Day To Dong Ngac Village (L)

After having breakfast, you will arrive in the village to get your bike and embark on an interesting market tour.

Experience the bustling local market, your tour guide will show you around and help you to explore the local products sold at this market

Continue biking and venture deeper into the village: visit the Communal House, the grounds and architecture of which are built in the shape of a dragon. Passing by the oldest school in the Village built in 1921.

Back to the hosting family, it is time for your private cooking demonstration. After watching your host then practice yourself and then the best part of all, try your dishes! After all your efforts, you can reward yourself and rest back into some reclining chairs in the fragrant retreat of your host’s village garden/courtyard. All too soon it is mid-afternoon and time to say goodbye to your new friends.

Drive back to Hanoi and free at your leisure. Dinner on your own. End of services!
